Sitting all day increases dementia risk — even if you exercise

Hey, we’re all going to “go” one day, but it’s how we go that’s important.

Check this out…

“…a study just published in JAMA finds that people who stay seated for long hours at work and home are at much higher risk of developing dementia than people who sit less.”

This study has gone on for years.

What did they find?

“If the men and women sat for at least 10 hours a day, which many of them did, their risk of developing dementia within the next seven years was 8 percent higher than if they sat for fewer than 10 hours.” - MSN

Moral of the story…

Sit less, walk more.
