They are the enemy. They make up fake enemies and let the media push it. They answer to demons and evil spirits.
It also also provides $9.15 billion in humanitarian assistance to civilians in Gaza and the West Bank, Ukraine
So, first we send money to blow up Gaza, then we send money to help the people that we just blew up. Makes sense to me. 
As much as I hate to say it, I don’t think our government(in my lifetime) has ever been for the people. It seems there has always been deceit and manipulation to rule us as a nation. Never complete truth…
