Don’t Fear Or Spread Conspiracy

Phil, welcome!

I wouldn’t focus on the word “conspiracy.” I know I don’t. I just look at the information, analyze it, disseminate it, and make a decision from there. I don’t let anyone lead me to their punch bowl.

I never said the Covid shots were healthy. You made that assumption, since I don’t believe they were a mass killer. That’s bias. Hey, I have always been against vaccines. None of our children are vaccinated. However, that doesn’t mean they’re all bad either, it was just our choice. We looked at the odds of getting ill compared to the odds of side effects.

You can find my position on Covid by reading past articles on the subject.

I linked it in my response, but here it is again. The guy is a fraud, plain as day.

I can see you’re offended, but I never said that. I simply provided you with information that comes from numerous studies. In my personal experience, I know this is true. In fact, there was a recent article I found interesting along these lines, it’s titled, The science behind why people think they’re right when they’re actually wrong.

The fact is, the more knowledge you acquire, the wiser you become.

Who can argue with that?

If all we do is research and look at one side of things — biased — then how can we really learn? We will think we know something, but we really don’t know anything. Since we only know one side of the story. If all we do is mingle with the like-minded, we will never challenge our positions.

Lastly, most prosperity teachers are in it for the money, I think you know that, and I’d question their “credentials” to begin with. I wouldn’t compare a thief to an MIT grad.

Blessings!

Brandon,

Thank you for your response and everything you do on this platform.

I as well always try to research information for myself and by no means do i ever think i am 100% correct. Nowadays it is hard to reseach some things due to so many platforms being biased, i.e. the “Died Suddenly” documentary as with many other examples.

As for the Covid shots, sorry for assuming your stance on them. Being a product of receiving 60 shots in 20 years of military service, I now do my own due diligence to discern what is healthy and not healthy for my body.

My intentions for this reply was not to be offended but simply to understand why someone with higher education or an MIT graduate would be more knowledgeable than someone without. Buzz Aldrin was an MIT graduate and he went to the moon, or did he? But lets not keep opening conspiracies, “trust science” is what were supposed to do. I’d be willing to bet that a strong majority of MIT students are still wearing face coverings today.
Interesting article from Kailtin Sullivan, I have to agree, we see this everyday on the news or social media. Kind of like the Trump assignation, but lets not stir that subject up.

Acts 17:11 is a verse I like to stand behind not only with the Bible but everyday life.

God Bless,
Phil

Hey Phil, I understand and I love Acts 17:11, I always share that one with my readers. We can’t become boxed into any belief, even our faith. We must continually try it, to ensure we’re walking the correct path.

It speaks for itself, right?

Naturally, the more experience and education one has, the more knowledgeable one will be. That’s what “knowledge” means. So that’s why I always ask my readers to try their beliefs, and not show any bias. Otherwise, we become boxed in and feel the need to justify our beliefs. Real truth doesn’t need to be justified, it just is.

Correct Brandon, the more knowledge and experience you have the better you’re aware of what is truthful. I am just a paramedic with a graduate degree, i had better listen to All those doctors that were giving us Covid guidance.

You missed the point of the conversation.

I do thank you for serving others.

Missed the point??

You said “I have never met a conspiracy thoerist from MIT or with higher level education.” MIT is pro-science, I am pro-Bible, pick a side. Do some research on Jack Parson being a member of the Ordo Templi Orientis, along with Aleister Crowley and you will find the science being taught at MIT is contradicting what the Bible says about creation. I am 100 percent unbiased and get my information from alternative sources, unlike Google.

I agree with what @Phil_Rycraft is saying. There are many MIT graduates that are not very knowledgeable…in fact I believe most are not. They don’t keep God in their equations. Their science is not built upon facts. Just as you have said, they can’t even get the beginning correct. How many other things that they say are fact, truly are not, but just made to fit their narrative. One study is built upon another study and then another…when the orignal study was wrong. Laymens terms on my part, but I think you know what I mean.

Just my 2 cents in regards to our college educated scientists…and other college graduates.

Thanks Kay.

My statement about MIT grads was not literal, it was simply an example. There’s no absolutes in life, right? Not all MIT grads are going to be Angels, of course. However, someone who graduates from MIT does have superior intelligence compared to someone with an IQ of 80. I used MIT as my example, as everyone knows, they’re brainiacs.

Again, it’s just an example to get folks to think. Spirituality is an entirely different thing. Nevertheless, intelligence and experience are important here as well.

I hope everyone remembers the sole point of this Devotion…

Do not call conspiracy all that this people calls conspiracy, and do not fear what they fear, nor be in dread. But the LORD of hosts, him you shall honor as holy. Let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. - Isaiah 8:12-13 ESV

The idea is, don’t look after conspiracies, call them whatever you want. But we’re to stay focused on God. Over the last few years, I’ve found fewer and fewer Christians are doing that. Instead, they focus and devote much attention to conspiriacies, and even place them before God, while saying they place God first.

Look up, not down.

I think a good term here is well rounded.

The more education one receives along with life experiences, the more wisdom they have.

I think we all have seen college grads who, in their field, were way over our heads with that knowledge but if you put them in a closet and turn off the lights, they could not find their own rump. The practical sense isn’t there.
On the other side of the coin, those with little education but many life experiences, practical, say raised on a farm, would fare better in the real world with disaster like we see going on right now.

Putting the 2 together, when someone doesn’t know their butt from a hole in the ground, they need to stick their finger in one and start walking. It becomes clear really quick.
