The plot thickens… This article is a follow up to my other work, “We Need To Talk About The Tariffs.” Before I begin, I would like to remind my readers, in 2020, this same U.S. President negotiated the USMCA trade deal with Canada and Mexico. He agreed to it, and now he has broken it.…

How sad, God has given his church beautiful free nations economically prosperous nations, good educational systems, working and commerce opportunities, growth in all its forms, hope, values, careers, abundance, nations flowing with milk and honey. They became good Christian nations, where his Word once was truly in God we Trust. It all began as God prophecied, but with time, his church has corrupt itself because instead of standing up to defend as unshakable soldiers this earth which is the kingdom of God, his church has mingled with its own enemies. Jesus mentions this in the letters of the book of Revelation, the two churches he loved, Smyrna and Philadelphia for a specific reason because they discerned those who said to be from the Synagogue of God but in reality were from the Synagogue of Satan and they still are today but the church of Jesus, a majority of the churches, do not have the discernment of God or they do not want to have it. God says his people are sottish, they are dying because of lack of his knowledge.

This world is deteriorating as days go by and the church keeps sleeping. We need a spiritual major wake up call of God’s church to inform people of what is coming soon in our nations, may our Heavenly Father God have pity of this senseless generation that is gradually dying because of the lack of the Word of God. May his grace and mercy surabound on all the evil that is daily abounding…may God protect you and bless you together with your family…in Jesus name we need to pray without ceasing our Heavenly Father God and Jesus our Savior to deliver us from evil…amen

It is a shame that we as a nation have elevated other nations, have become dependent on things they manufacture, for cheaper goods, all the while playing the policeman with our money instead of building our infrastructure.

China is in a great position to put the thumb screws to us and at the same time they slowly poison our people. Our involvement has totally screwed up the Middle East which takes more money and cops.

I’m not impressed with any quote by Trudeau. Regardless, I suspect that Canada is not a drug smuggling problem, but this is only an assumption. I have no source.

Canada, like Europe, is parasitic in a sense. They have bloated social programs, with a huge percentage riding off the backs of the US. Since they pay relatively little for defense, what do you think they do with all this extra money? Health care, free education, etc. They brag about these things to Americans, almost clueless of the huge burden the US carries for defending Europe and the world…, against the now non-existent USSR.

I’m for Trump trying to correct this, but I agree with the basic tenant of the article. I tire of seeing presidents behave as if they are emperors. It would be good to see congress taking the bull by the horns, but they’re more concerned with their dialectic nonsense and lining their own pockets.

Since this topic continues to run daily news headlines, I found this bit interesting (chart below)…

Why do we never hear anything about Vietnam, Ireland, Germany, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea who all have larger trade deficits than Canada?

By the way, it only stands to reason that we will have trade deficits with smaller sized nations. We are a nation of 330 million people, Canada for example has a population of just 40 million. We need far more goods than Canada does.

Something to chew on.

I still don’t understand how one can balance the trade numbers between countries. As you point out, it mostly goes with the population differentials of the nations.

The other factor is the consumption of the wants and desires. We all have needs, but the wants and desires are optional, even within the needs.

Many other nations do not have the need to have wants and desires, nor can they afford them. They live a meeker lifestyle than we do here in the US. Most here, live in debt due to the wants and desires. Plus, the needs are taken to the extreme in value where one could be content with a lower cost need.

Tariffs will not equalize the trade deficit. Even if other nations would live past their means, the majority still could not match our imports.

I do believe that all tariffs should go away from everyone. The whole point of these from other nations is to force their citizens to buy at home. Which we did not, to the extent that keeps our industry here. Greed played a part in this, not only from the business owner but also the employee.

We as a nation, brought this on ourselves for decades. We made China what it is today, buying their products at a cheaper price. This creates a slow degradation of the nation. Eventually businesses close or go abroad, as they did. When you don’t manufacture at home, someday you have to pay the piper and here we are.

Why not ban products when it hurts our nations production? There is no easy fix for this mess, but I think we are putting the cart before the horse. No matter which course is taken, people are going to have to get used to higher prices. We cannot continue to build the foreign nations and be dependent on them.

Everyone wants to earn $50/hour but then want the $5 shirt and haircut.

There is nothing wrong fulfilling the wants and desires if one can afford them.

For anyone who’s baffled by the ongoing tariff saga, here’s some facts…

Contrary to what the White House presented, China had a tariff rate of 3%, not 34% as you were told by the Administration. What we are seeing is not “reciprocal tariffs,” but tariffs based on trade balances (see graph above). IE: We buy more junk from them, than they buy from us.

In essence, this Administration simply wanted to raise tariffs on the world, not because the world had absurdly high tariff rates on us, that’s just the ruse, to make it sound palatable to the public.

The saga continues to evolve, with more backing down by the White House…

This isn’t a political comment, what we’re seeing from the White House may be tied to prophecy. It’s always tough to tell, but it could be linked to the Book of Daniel. It’s been on my mind for a couple of months now.

Our country is becoming financially weaker. This is why bonds have been selling off. Look, our country has always been a great place for other nations to store their wealth. We have always been a stable country to invest in. That has not been the case since the start of the new administration. Everything is rocky and wishy washy, so money is being yanked from this nation, bonds are being sold off, that’s why rates have shot higher.

Don’t under estimate the importance of the events you are witnessing.

We’ll have to see how things change and escalate from here.

More interesting details…

So now, due to our governments new tariff policy by the executive branch under the guise of “national emergency,” we actually now have a national emergency due to the imposed tariffs.

Things are getting very messy…

I voted for President Trump and his ideas. He is only following what our country has instituted since the 1960’s as far as tariffs. Yes I believe in the constitution and have vowed to defend our country from enemies both foreign and domestic. However President Trump is also trying to DRAIN THE SWAMP and I think that is the biggest benefit of this administration. Does he shock people? Sure he does! But he is for our country and is defending it from the rest of the world. They don’t have our backs and never will! They are globalists mostly and you know where that is leading our world. You could have had Kamala!

Thanks Emmett, but the only thing this guy has drained is America’s wealth.

Genesis 1:6-9,14-18
[6]And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
[7]And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
[8]And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
[9]And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
[14]And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
[15]And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
[16]And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
[17]And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
[18]And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.

That’s what God said and made, none of it has changed and won’t until the new heaven
