My oldest son and I are shooting for 50 pushups by Spring. We’re more than halfway there, but pick your exercise, and set your goal here, and let’s all see if we can hit it. Hey, this will keep us accountable! Don’t be scared.
We’re going to add in some other exercises and increase the number of steps in our day. We invite all of you fine folks to join us. Come on, you can do it!
I’m going to have to think about this and set some goals. I should really get back to walking and I need to be consistent with my stretching/exercise for my shoulder. So, yes, I will be joining the “workout challenge”!
