Question: I wanted to know about giving and receiving blood and organs from others. I have a hard time understanding this practice other than keeping yourself or others alive longer on this earth. I have several personal opinions but I wanted to have more knowledge from the God and the Bible. Thank You and…
Thank You so much for answering my question.
I hope you have a Great Sunday with your family.

I feel that trauma surgery is good, but the blood I feel as you said Bran is very sacred to God. If your life it’s in your blood, it is you. You can not give to other people… Indeed this is very personal. I don’t know.

donating organs , i feel is wrong. if it was okay with God, then you wouldn’t have to take all those pills to keep the body from rejecting the organ that was donated. am i wrong. as far as blood donating, i read lots of articles where people are donating their own blood to save in case they need it. i don’t know how long the blood last or where they store it.
I have also thought about this many times throughout my life. And at this point in my life, I’m still not sure. And I agree with Brandon, it’s a personal choice. And just as important, I would respect the choice of the person making it. It truly comes down to the circumstances and keeping God in the equation when making that decision. Keeping that faith in Him and knowing He wiĺl lead you in making the choice.
Well… how about… Genesis 2:21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22 And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
Clearly He si GOD and can do what ever He wants with His own creation. But that was still very similar to an operation to me, and most probably it needed of some kind of “help” (instruments, blood transfusions, etc.,) in the operating room. Of course I was not there at the time to be able to prove it, but It is hard for me to believe it different at this time.
