Jesus stated, the Son and Father have a close bond, one we can be a part of when we accept Christ. Simply stated, no one comes to the Father except through the Son.
No man knoweth the ‘Son’ but the Father. Neither knoweth any man the Father
save the Son and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. To me, it reads no man on earth truly knows God or the Son, none of us have seen them or truly know them . If we seek Christ and truly believe in him ‘faith’ then Christ will reveal himself and the Father in heaven, that we will truly see them and know them. John 4:20
the point I was trying to make is, 'you can not win the lottery without buying a ticket and you can not get to heaven without believing and having faith in Christ. When Jesus called to Peter and told him to come out on the water where he was. Peter walked on the water towards him, but his faith wavered and he began to sink and be afraid. Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?
