Those are comforting verses! Especially for believers who are seated at His right side (Eph. 2:6, Hebrews 12:22-24, Rev. 11:3-14, John 17:18-20, John 17:14-15). Rev. 2:10-11, 6:9-11, 13:6-10, Rev. 1:9, Rev. 22:8-9. āAll who dwell upon the face of the whole Earthā and the ācares of this lifeā (Luke 21:34-35, Rev. 13:8) are focusing on the āaffairs of THIS LIFEā (2nd Tim. 2:4, 1st Cor. 2:14-16), and āas a SNAREā shall these things come upon them! (1st Cor. 4:1-17-18, 2nd Thess. 2:9-12). Many are looking at the āIsrael of the fleshā (Romans 9:6-8-10, Romans 2:28-29, Romans 11-24) and all the children of the flesh and their wars and rumors of wars within and without themselves and the affairs of this life as if they think that the carnal wars with carnal men, with carnal thinking is the Israel and ZION (Hebrews 12:22-24) mentioned in many Scriptures is a worldly Zion or Israel. Perhaps they have not read Matt. 21:43, āā¦that great city BABYLONā¦and IN HER was found the BLOOD OF THE PROPHETSā Rev. 18:1-10-23-24, Rev. 11:8, āāā¦though that KILLEST THE PROPHETSā¦" Matt. 23:37-38, āā¦it is not permissible for a prophet to perish outside of Jerusalemā Luke 13:33, āYou have come toā¦the Heavenly JERUSALEMā¦!ā Hebrews 12:22-24, Rev. 1:9, 2:10-11, 6:9-11, Rev. 13:6-16, 11:3-14, āIf they persecuted me, THEY WILL persecute youā, John 16:33, Acts 14:22, Luke 21:28, āthe LAST enemy to be destroyed is deathā, ātake up your cross and follow meā.
