They’re an AI firm that specializes in automated assistance, ie: AI Agents. They can be your secretary, your scheduler, etc. It’s pretty wild, but this is the future and it’s here right now.
It doesn’t seem like anyone stops to think about the future. Over time, this will cause an economic calamity. If many do not have jobs, they cannot stimulate the economy through spending.
