Not getting upset with yourself, family, and friends takes a complete life change - and after the life change, your own mouth will teach you.

I think part of the equation is knowing who to be close to and who to stay away from. Some people are just toxic, even family.
Trying to live in both worlds is impossible. Some friends might be fun or funny, but in the end, they will lead you down the wrong road.
When your buttons are being pushed all the time, it is hard to not be foolish.

I think this is why my wife tells me to never miss an opportunity to keep your mouth shut.

all of us were and are at times. It takes a lifetime to learn how to control the tongue, I think.
