Question:

If my neighbors cow breaks down my fence and calf’s a heifer on my property, is that heifer legally mine? :cow2:

If not, am I responsible by law to feed and pay for its vet bills?

If it is, can I legally cattle prod the cow back to my neighbor’s property even if there is separation anxiety?

If I obtain milk from the cow or it pulls a plow, must I report my earnings?

I say cattle prod away to the cows.
Heck, use a whip, or whatever to get it off your land.

The cow didn’t have separation anxiety when it came onto your property to begin with.
