Brandon, I am sorry to see less content, however I understand completely. I am probably one of the people you speak about that consumes content especially for biblical answers. It really made me stop and think, “do I dig for the truth or just look for an answer?” I would like to say, when I do read your content it does challenge me. I am glad to see you are sticking around to evaluate things. Just reading this message has spurred me to get back on your site and start doing some catch up reading. Thanks for all of your efforts Brandon!
I would encourage those here while doing their studies to use the interlinear viewing the original text or another source.
Some of the translations and sentence format makes one believe some of the words are not what they were intended to be, noun, verb, adjective.
Some verses use the same word in English, and it is actually a different word and meaning in the Greek. This changes the whole original meaning.
Also, some words are added which were never there. Some to make the sentence flow and others were the opinion of the translator.
Dear Brandon,
I want to thank you for all the hard work and effort you have put into this site. I have learned so very much over the years from your studies. I’m not sure how I found World Events and the Bible, but I’m pretty sure God led me to this site. I know that most of the world is turning their back on God these days.
Luke12:49 “I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?
Thank you for doing your part to kindle that fire You deserve a rest to recharge.
