Kennedy promotes “wearables” to take back health

The digital state is alive and well.

I actually have a step counter, but it’s not attached to anything. That creeps me out. But why is the government promoting this? I mean, before they promoted lockdowns, etc, now they’re promoting the surveillance state.

I literally just read that as well. You and I know why.. But it will sound like the next best thing.. I bet our health insurance will require them for coverage as time goes on. I always wondered how long I will be able to have health insurance but never go get checkups. It really is a “just in case” reason I have ever had it. So, I think this will help me peg the times we are in. I hope you have a Great evening.

I believe this is the same as “practicing medicine” agree?

When I was a Network Engineer several years ago, we had Cisco come in to pitch their VOIP system — telephone system, this was at the hospital. One of the big pitches and forward looking things was telemedicine. The pitch was, once the patient comes in, then can do followups via Telehealth, so then it doesn’t tie up doctors.

You see, there is a time limit, if you’re on some government assistance program for health, once you go in, if you go back in within 24-48 hours, there’s not another charge, but the hospital is tied up for free. However, if you can string the patient along, long enough, then you can get another patient visit out of them and charge the government.

The system is broken.
