Absolutely! There are so many ways to boost gut health. I’ve taken a break on the milk kefir for a bit. But now my kitchen is getting filled with ferments of all kinds - some medicinal and some for just good eatin’!! I’ll have to post over in the other category of what I all have going on.
I take probiotics every day. My gut is definitely healthy and i feel amazing. Youre never to old to get healthier.
