Happy PASSOVER everyone!

What do you do to celebrate Passover?

My family takes communion and reads some verses. I made lamb one year…I guess we really didnt care for it because we never did it again.

Same here, communion, verses, and lamb . Won’t be doing lamb again ; made stew out of the left overs. From now on , I will leave cooking lamb to the professional chefs. (and I’m a good cook- LOL) . We enjoyed our Passover Celebration; had a group phone call with my single, out-of -state Sister who was also celebrating.

Ain’t that the truth. I can cook just about any type of meat, but man…lamb - I just don’t think it’s for me!

I have had lamb (loin/rib) chops in fine restaurants, on my birthday. :yum::tada::balloon: Delicious. I could only get ARM lamb chops at my local health food co-op. I don’t recommend that cut for sure.
