California collected 11% less in personal income tax this year. I wonder why?

Perhaps it has something to do with the mass exodus from the liberal utopia? I’m sure the illegals and homeless will fill the gap, eh?

After the 2020 election I really wonder about the validity of the last a couple decades of voting. But that goes back to God being in control.
