Former President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker said of Ukraine,
“this is a country that is corrupt at all levels of society.”
It seems more and more people are figuring that long known fact out.
Since Congress held back “additional” funding for Ukraine. Biden said,
“There is another means by which we may be able to find funding, but I’m not going to get into that right now.”
Meaning, Biden will fund Ukraine without Congress.
Now, for all you lawyer types out there, our dear Constitution says,
“No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.”— U.S. Constitution, Article I, section 9, clause 7
So, once again, the bums in power are going to do what they want to do. Not what the people want.
