Did God create some Angels larger than others?

I have often wondered why God created some of the Dinosaurs so large? When the fallen angels took wives for themselves, the result was nephalim or giants. Could this be because they were also much larger ? I think about the sin in the garden. Satan being the father of Cain , perhaps Cain was much larger than other people at that time. The Holy Spirit impregnated Mary. Perhaps the fallen angels interacted with humans in ways we do not understand. ???

One thing that came to mind here is that Cain, when he lost favor and good will from God, he was afraid of the other peoples he would come across. To me, if he was a man of stature like Goliath, he would not have been so.
I often wondered why the fallen offspring were large, but the Rechabites were not.
