It looks like Trump was grazed by a bullet on the ear. The dude gets up, pumps his fist and says, “fight, fight, fight.”
As of this writing, go read the mainstream media headlines. They’re not even calling it an assassination attempt. Of course it was. This is beyond a travesty.
To be clear, division is caused by the types that push “crucify him” day in and day out for years. Or the narcissists, not the ones who try to love even their enemies. Or the womb baby murder callers, not the ones who love those innocent lives. The hatred drums do not come from those who love another.
Before waiting to see if the shooting was clearly politically motived or the act of a mentally ill person both the Left and the Right ran with the same old partisan hatred. Yes, the assassination attempt was tragic, but the bigger tragedy was the reaction by both the democrats and republicans afterwards. Trump started pumping his fist saying “fight, fight, fight” and all of his supporters started chanting “USA”, without even knowing who the shooter was. GOP leaders also started blaming Biden, and some high-profile democrats like Stephen King made inflammatory comments about AR 15s. As it turns out, the shooter was a 20-year-old who had been bullied his whole life and obviously had some mental issues. Americans are so full of hatred for their neighbors that they can’t see how they are destroying their own country. America is on its way to becoming a footnote in a long list of failed empires.
